The Wing or Butterfly handle canteen cup was introduced as part of the ALICE LC-1 equipment in 1974. Stainless steel with flared upper edge. Two wire handles that fold flat against sides of cup for storage and open out for use. This metal canteen cup was designed to hold lot liquids, and can be used to boil liquids over fire or camp stove.

Designed to be compact, a standard GI 1 qt canteen will fit inside cup and the cup wi.l fit inside canteen cover.
